Whether you're remembering someone or simply want to learn more about hospice care, join us for our welcoming open afternoon, take part in creative activities, meet staff and volunteers, and have a tour. No booking needed, just drop in. Open to everyone in the community, and the site is fully accessible.

Activities include:

• Sound baths

• Creative writing drop-in exploring grief

• Swan Song Project (with live music from Holly Taymar)
